I’m trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), but also use other treatment modalities. My approach encompasses understanding the root of your fears and worries and then building on ways to gradually face them. In our sessions, I teach you how to identify the unhelpful thoughts, how to sit through the physical and emotional discomfort, and learn that your worst fear may not come true or how to cope and handle it when it happens.
